Aftercare should be simple, honest and kind.
Direct Aftercare exists for one reason: so that on one of the hardest days of your life, you don't have to decode price lists, chase callbacks or wonder where your companion is going. One call, one price, and we take care of everything else.
Families deserve to know what they're paying for, and where their pet goes.
Most families meet aftercare through a clinic referral, a phone tree or a long list of add-ons, usually at the moment they're least able to sort through it. Prices shift as the conversation goes on, and it's rarely clear who is actually caring for their pet.
We built Direct Aftercare to be the opposite. There's one individual cremation, for one all-inclusive price of $349, for any pet up to 180 lbs. That price covers pickup from your home or vet, the cremation, the Honor Box and delivering your companion's ashes back to your door. Nothing is added later.
And we tell you exactly where your companion goes: Honor Pet in Los Angeles, a veterinarian-led center that specializes in gentle water cremation, where every pet is cared for in their own private chamber.
Four things you can count on.
One honest price
$349, door to door. The price you hear on the phone is the price you pay.
We name the crematory
Your companion goes to Honor Pet, Los Angeles. You're welcome to look them up.
Always individual
Never communal and never shared. Your companion's ashes are theirs alone.
Here at any hour
A real person answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we can be there within two hours.
Whoever you choose, ask these three questions first.
- Are you the crematory? If not, ask which crematory they use, by name.
- Is it truly individual? Ask whether your pet is cremated alone.
- What's the total, all in? Ask about pickup, return and anything added later.
